How it Works
Schedule your visit. You can call us to set it up, or you can download our app on your phone. (Simple Practice)
We will give you instructions on how to join your appointment via phone, tablet or computer.
At your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a notification/link to join the meeting.
FAQs
Is the connection private? Our HIPAA-compliant video conferencing appointments are private, just as an in-person meeting would be. We take notes, but sessions are not recorded, and the connection is secure.
What technology is needed? Your smartphone (Apple or Android phone), iPad or other tablet, or your computer can be used for a video visit. When you call to schedule your appointment, the scheduler will ask whether you prefer to receive your appointment link via text or email.
Remote Care
MEDICATION: We can call in prescriptions to your local pharmacy to get you your medications. We work directly with Mike’s Pharmacy (Idaho Falls), and MedQuest to get your prescriptions sent directly to - you no matter where you are!
LABWORK: We work with Access Medical, a concierge laboratory to get your bloodwork done.
Payment
Payments are not issued through insurance. These appointments are to be paid for by the customer directly prior to the appointment. These payments can be made in person, the button below or though the Simple Practice App.
